AMD Fusion Media Explorer

This is AMD's 3D replacement for the less popular 2D Live Explorer . media explorer home the AMD Fusion Media Explorer can turn your library into a living 3D collection. I was told that the number of active-motion video cells is dependent on the power of the graphics card, because hovering over one of the cells will play the item in a larger expanded window.Essentially, each item is being decompressed and played in its native resolution, and the cell creates a thumbnail-sized window. You can imagine the potential load this could create on a system. As the software allows this feature to be turned on or off, there won't be an issue on older computer systems or under-powered notebooks.      ...

FLOCK - Social Web Browser

FLOCK is nothing but an Enhanced Firefox browser Reviews recommend Flock 2 for people who "live on the Web" because it has all the speed, security and options of Firefox 3 but builds in a blog editor, photo-uploader and big sidebar to keep current with social networking friends and RSS feeds. A horizontal photo bar shows thumbnails from photo-sharing sites. For those who love multitasking, this is a great browser choice, but for Windows users who just want fast, simple browsing, reviews recommend the minimalist Google Chrome. Advantages : All the advantages of Firefox 3 Includes blog editor Integrates social networking Integrates photo sites Disadvantages :  Extra features take up screen space Extras can be distracting Get Flock...

buying GRAPHICS cards

First try updating Your DriversIf you're thinking of replacing your card because you're having problems running a certain game, make sure you have the latest version of the drivers for your current graphics card. You will find the latest drivers for your card available for download from the manufacturer's Web site. Hardware Transform and LightingThis has been a standard feature in game-oriented video cards for quite a few years, but there are still PCs around that don't have it. These are usually systems with Intel graphics integrated into the motherboard, commonly used in budget laptops and desktops designed for office use. If your desktop doesn't have hardware T&L and you have a graphics card slot available, adding a newer graphics card could be an option. Power ConsumptionMany cards...

Google's Nexus One

Google's phone runs Android 2.1 which is pretty similar to what the Verizon/Motorola Droid runs (2.0.1) currently. The processor on the Google phone is certainly an update if it is a 1 GHz Snapdragon chip from Qualcomm as has been reported. The Droid has a physical keyboard and the Nexus does not. Google is merely planning to rearrange the entire wireless industry to its advantage, and perhaps in ways that benefit business customers, too. The most interesting thing I've read about the Googlephone is the possibility that it will route all voice calls as VOIP via Google Voice. ...

As of right now it stands at 1685645, with each second ticking off the last number in that sequence. This is the countdown timer for NEW YEAR.... To confirm this i've changed the system time and date to 1min less than jan 1st the countdown ends at January 1 at midnight. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a payoff greeting wishing a new year when the timer hits zero I think google adds it late...
