Got First error on WAVE

I got an error when using WAVE i don't know what really caused this error.
The below image is the screen shot of my WAVE after the error

You can see "email and password missing from settings" in the above image "below right side of firefox window"...

 

one of my friend saw this and called me telling that this is the error.Actually this is not error. it is just a Firefox add on into which i did not log on. and it is no way related to the error.
