Financial Questions..

Q)what will be ur total expenses during the course.
This is very imp . please tell according to ur fee mentioned on i20
Tell me abt ur finances/wats ur annual income / tell me abt ur incomes.wats ur father total annual income.
As soon as u hear this question PLEASE tell him abt ur TOTAL annual income and after that u can say my father annual income is this ,my mothers is this and through rent .... and through agriculture xxxx if u have other resources u can say them.so with this my fathers TOTAL annual income is XXX.VO will be pleased with this answers.
If u say my fathers income( salary is ) 2.5 lakhs and later if u plan to say other income resources ,VO wont be intersted to listen all that stuff.
so please tell him total annual income FIRST

Dont u think it is burden on ur parents to fund ur education ?
NO mam/sir.I dont think so.MY parents have been working for the past 20 years.They have accumulated me xxx amount of money. and xxx amount of bank balance through savings.so i dont find any prob to fund my education.
please be careful with the figures of ur parents salaries and bank balance and property assests.
if ur bank balance is 20laks 30 thound 202 rupees u can say around 20 laks

Do u own a car ?
Please tell them u own it even if u dont have.
becoz ur showing huge amount of money as assets and bankbalance. so tell them u own and tell them model and also car number.
IF they ask u to show ur documents..
Firstly show them ur CA report ..dont try 2 give ur folder..

I feel that for ur annual income , you may find it difficult to fund your education in USA .HOw do u tackle.

This is the crucial part and most important in deciding VISA
VO likes students with good academic back ground and scores(GRE TOEFL)..

The only difference for good profile and bad profile students in d visa intrvw is..

If u r out standing..Then in most cases V.O wont chck ur Financial Docs..Evn if u r financially weak..He wil try 2 give d visa..

It will be a cake walk for the out standing students
Dont get Dejected..
If ur Academic Profile is bad..
Only very few V.O's feels bad if ur profile is not so good..

Say abt ur strengths (scores)..Evn if he asks r not..They love 2 giv d visa's 2 out standing students.
How many backlogs?

This is the damn sucking question.
PLZ Tell them correctly.
and for example if u have failed in 3 subjects in 1st year.U have cleared 2 subjects in 2-1 and 1 sub in 2-2
then ur backlogs are 4
count number of ZEROs on ur memos and tell them exactly.

IF u give false information they will catch u .

If they found u r lying..they will rejct d visa..
Y these backlogs..

FRNDS backlogs dont matter.
but wat matters is how u defend them and which VO ur facing.
If the VO is cool then she will easily get convinced with ur answers.

If d v.o is stern..Then u hav 2 show ur acting capabilities..
D only thing matters here is..Hw u can convince d v.o.

if u have all the backlogs in first 3 sems u r lucky.
u can say" i have all these backlogs in first 3 sems. i have participated in extra curricular activities like paper presentations and aslo involved in sports.so i coudnt concentrated on studies.later with the guidance of professors and senrios i have cleared them.I have got good marks in the sub whihc iam gng to take specialisaion and more over i got good % in 4-2 proj work which can be attained only through practicall knowledge..
back logs in Final Year..3-2 4-1 4-2 u can say unfortunately my exam dates were clashed with Gre and toefl exam dates so i couldnt concentrate on that.

Even u can shw this reason for ur Low Scores.
PLEASE DONT TRY 2 BLAME THE UNIV..Professors..
QUESTION PAPER WAS HARD .so i faild in that subjects.

I was Sick..Health problems during d exam..

AS GRE is a computer based test few questions went wrong initially.so i couldnt improve my score later even after performing well.
same answer for toefl
Y havent u applied for the univs mentioned in ur score report?

At the time of taking test i havent serioulsy thought abt the univs..
once i get to know my scores i started a search
What U will Do if ur Visa is Rejctd..

this is very tricky question.so please deal carefully.
iam fulling all the requirements of visa and univ.I have sufficient bankbalance to fund my education.i have clear cut plans to come back to india.I am sure i ll be absorbed in one the mncs like ibm oracle etc etc.I beleive genuine studnet like me u wont be rejectd . EVen if i dint convince u , its up to u to decide .
And i ll analyse wher i have gone wrong to convice u and apply once again

networking courses..

why u didnt work?
In india if v have to work they will ask u for 1 r
2 yrs bond... i dont wanna do it.. my first priority
is studies... i wanna finish my masters n gear up for
future before i join some company
Q. why do you want to study abroad?
how this course from a similar course in India?

how can v answer this??
We can say like our field of interest is well developed in USA ...
whaevr in research in India isalmost developed there ...
other factors like international exposure + practical knowledge etc etc
